I'm a software engineer specialized in UX and, more recently, AI. I co-founded two companies and was CTO of one of Brazil's leading legal software companies. Now I'm founding a new business, publishing studies and methods, and building open source tools.

fael.tech is where I study, build, and publish, and the name I use for my independent work.

A company to build products that help communities keep and develop what they learn together, using AI without erasing the people who produced the knowledge. Each contribution stays linked to its origin and serves whoever comes next.

AIKM

A local knowledge manager for people who work with AI. It stores notes, prompts, skills, and standards with the origin of each item and publishes approved copies to projects without changing the original. What you learn with agents in one project carries over to the next.

Radiant

A method for building software with agents. Each task becomes a contract with an objective, a scope, and verification, and what each cycle teaches goes back into the method itself. AIKM was built with it.
