Rafael (Fael) Goulart

Technology executive with 15+ years building and scaling software organizations, and 10 years in leadership roles — combining strategic vision, deep technical fluency, and creative problem-solving to transform operations and digital products.

As CTO, led a 50-person technology organization at Aurum, one of Brazil's leading legal tech companies, owning technology strategy, operational efficiency, information security, and value delivery, during a period in which the company nearly doubled revenue and client base and the team nearly doubled in size (figures to confirm). Across his career, shipped 10+ digital products and built technology functions across very different stages of maturity and business models — from government agencies to early-stage startups. Co-founded two technology companies — including Yattó (formerly Residuall), where he sold his equity stake after leading the company's shift to a consulting model serving major players in the consumer/retail goods industry, a transition he saw as the natural close of that chapter.

Pairs a strong technical foundation in web development, UX, and solution architecture (JS ecosystem) with fluency in strategic management frameworks — OKRs, strategic planning, Balanced Scorecard, and agile methodologies. Currently deepening expertise in information security and privacy as a Data Protection Officer (DPO), and exploring applied AI for organizational transformation.
