I am a software engineer and technology strategist with more than 15 years of experience across
front-end, full stack, software architecture, leadership, entrepreneurship, research, and innovation.
I connect programming, product development, information security, UX, and agentic engineering to build
coherent, secure, and sustainable systems.
I built digital products from scratch as a software engineer and co-founder. I led AngularJS-to-React
modernizations with micro-frontends, developed solutions with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, Python,
PHP, and MySQL, and currently focus on AI Engineering, multi-agent systems, AgentOps, and Spec-Driven Development.
Across Yattó and Aurum, I accumulated more than ten years as a technology director and executive. At Aurum,
I scaled the organization from 25 to 50 people across eight squads while revenue increased from approximately
BRL 60 million to more than BRL 100 million and the user base surpassed 200,000. This experience connects
architecture and execution with product, people, risk, and strategy without erasing a technical, hands-on identity.

- I worked directly on architecture, platform, cloud, and engineering decisions, connecting business strategy and execution through OKRs, strategic planning, and agile practices.
- I scaled the team from 25 to 50 people across eight squads while revenue increased from approximately BRL 60 million to more than BRL 100 million and the customer base nearly doubled to more than 200,000 users.
- I standardized engineering tracks across performance, product, cloud, data, and internal systems and centralized IT operations management.
- I built the data function from scratch, including the data team, data marts, and plans for data governance and reliability.
- I created the information security and cybersecurity program based on CIS Controls and automated monitoring, reducing monthly data-leak investigation requests from approximately 30 to zero.
- I designed and executed a company-wide AI adoption roadmap covering governance and security, AI in the SDLC, Spec-Driven Development, and product innovation opportunities.
- I served as DPO and implemented organization-wide privacy practices and compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

- I later led the front-end migration from AngularJS to React.
- I remained a co-founder during the transition to the new business model and sold my ownership stake at the end of my cycle with the company.
